Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
- Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect products only.
- All return requests require verification and approval.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our customer support team through WhatsApp.
- Share your Order ID and registered mobile number.
- Send clear photographs showing the damage or incorrect product.
- Share an unboxing video showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
Return Approval & Refund
- Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you through the pickup process.
- Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and verified, in accordance with applicable law.
- Important: Submitting a request does not automatically approve a return. Please do not send products back without receiving return instructions from our support team.
