1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• Damaged Product: The product received is damaged or defective.
• Wrong Product: The product delivered is different from what you ordered.

Please Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or size-related issues, except where required by applicable law.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To request a return, customers are required to provide an unboxing video of the received package.

The video should:

• Clearly show the package being opened.
• Show the product and any damage, defect, or incorrect item received.
• Be recorded continuously, without cuts or edits.

Our team will review the video to verify your return request.

An unboxing video is required under our standard return verification process. However, requests will also be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

3. How to Request a Return

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery.
2. Share your order number and registered contact details.
3. Provide the unboxing video showing the issue.
4. Our team will review your request and notify you of its approval status.
5. Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return or resolution.

Please do not send any product back without receiving return instructions from our team.

4. Refund Process

Once your return request has been verified and approved, we will initiate the applicable refund.

• Refunds for prepaid orders will generally be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be processed through bank transfer or another agreed refund method.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

We will notify you once your refund has been initiated.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Under our standard policy, returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Incorrect size selected by the customer.
• Products that have been used, washed, or altered by the customer.
• Minor colour variations caused by lighting or screen display settings.
• Products damaged due to improper use or handling after delivery.
